          Uhruska years will score at home during the open-air artists painting. The anniversary falls this year the 20th anniversary of the organization of the International Arts locations, "linea 92".

For the first time we hosted sculptors  from 1912 to 1919 on June 1989, who, under the convention of the National Religious Sculpture by the hospitality of the local parish priest. Glowacki Wieslaw created their works in the churchyard of the square. The initiator of this project was Mr. Czeslaw Szczęch who, through his work in the field of sculpture has established numerous contacts with artists from Polish and foreign.

            The purpose of organizing the event was to promote the municipality and the local environment to show the process of creating images and sculptures.

The second outdoor plastic held only in 1992 - after the political changes in the country. It was then that the events involve a group of SPA, which adopted the name: Team Event Orgniazacji "linea 92". In areas with bathing in Wola Uhruska participants performed outdoor relief to the two Crucifer Road - is located in a church in Wola Uhruska and the other above Deblin.

            In the following years were organized another open air, and Events Team has initiated cooperation with the Polish-American artists. Participants designated outdoor World Polonia Club - an informal organization whose goal was the integration of Polish artistic circles mainly from countries of the former Soviet Union. Starting this year, expanded its range of outdoor creative also painters. During those 18 years were engaged in organizing retreats different entities, namely the Office of the Municipality, Bug Farm Tourism Association, Municipal Sports and Recreation Centre. It has to be noted that each was open air, or co-financed by the Municipality Will Uhruska often with the support of other institutions such as the Provincial Office Chełmski Region, District Office Wlodawa and by other organizations.
